  1. Very nice, Jill. Buy the .com while you can (if you haven’t already)-very inexpensive annual fee. Also, I would suggest to sign up your blog name at the webskite so someone else doesn’t take it (don’t need to post there).

  2. Hi Jill,
I need some advice on how to transition into healthy eating. My main problem is breakfast. Smoothies don’t keep me full. I think I need more protein in the A.M.
p.s. I’m so glad I found your blog!

    • Hi Kim! It’s nice to hear from you!
I like to eat twice in the morning. I start with a cup of twig tea (I talk about this in my latest blog post.). Later, I have a BIG non-dairy smoothie which includes protein: plant protein powder, sometimes nuts. (There’s a smoothie recipe on my blog.) I like to snack on something a while after my smoothie like a piece of fruit, handful of nuts or veggies. Also, soup is a great breakfast food. Often, I’ll just eat some leftovers for breakfast. I like to use leftover brown rice and make it just like oatmeal–great texture and satisfying. Good luck!
